His secretary, on the other hand, devoured her horoscope each morning, and had come in today carrying a stack of glossy magazines from the newsstand to provide her with monthly predictions. Crawford, waiting for her to return from an errand, idly flipped the pages of an unfamiliar title. A cover article on astrology must have drawn her attention in addition to her regular choices. He almost missed it ... a section devoted to various events drawing the rich and famous. A gossipy feature with a wealth of glossy photos. Almost. It was the woman who caught his eye. Starling? It had been months since her disappearance, and Crawford seemed to see her everywhere. He shook his head and looked closer, focusing on the woman and her companion... Those eyes.
